We only offer store credit for returns. At Key Bliss Boutique, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Your happiness is our happiness! If you are not happy with your purchase, feel free to return it and find something that will better suit you! Unfortunately, our inventory rapidly changes and we cannot guarantee an exchange for a specific item. All unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date of PURCHASE to receive STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns must include the invoice and return form. You may not return or exchange: jewelry, accessories (purses, scarves & belts), clearance and flash sale items. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached. If you return items that you have tried on and they have make up, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains on them, you will NOT be given a store credit and items will be sent back to you at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item- we recommend paying for tracking to ensure delivery. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please email us so we can resolve any issue as soon as possible - If the order is returned past the 14-day limit and/or do not fit the return guidelines, the item(s) will be shipped back to you, at your cost, and no refund will be given.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items that are marked “Final Sale” on the website

  • Hats
  • Jewelry

  • Hair Accessories 

  • Bodysuits + Bralettes

  • Belts


Holiday Return Policy- any order placed on or after November 1st, 2021 is eligible for return until January 15th, 2022. Returns are for store credit only. All other return requirements listed above must apply..
