Terms of service

1. Payment is due at the time of checkout.
2. Items(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Typically if your order is placed before 3pm, it will be shipped out the same day.
3. Within the USA, Ground shipping is FREE. International fees will vary. Shipping outside of the United States will automatically start at $16 shipping.
4. "Pickup From Store" refers to picking up your order from the Grand Forks Store and is the default option for pickup, unless otherwise stated
5. If your order is "Pickup From Store", please leave a note at checkout for a time range to be picked up. Typically, pickup orders will be ready same day, or 1-2 business days.
6. Online orders may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to go back on the original payment method. Shipping will not be refunded.
7. Ship time may vary due to holidays and USPS delays beyond our control.
8. Coupons do not apply to sale items, unless specifically stated otherwise.
